DeRoyal S-I Support Belt - The DeRoyal S-I Support Belt is constructed of non-slip neoprene material to provide compression and allow stretch for movement. The inner adjustable pads can be customized to provide anterior and posterior support to S-I joint. DeRoyal's S-I Support Belt provides stability to S-I joint reducing strain on the S-I ligaments decreasing pain and promoting faster healing. The low profile, thin material design allows the belt to be worn comfortably under clothes and has a simple hook closure that eliminates need for bulky buckles.
